we have oil heat, but our electric bill is 194.00 balanced billing. We do not have central air-we have a few energy star units & we try to be very conservative.

Our first PSEG bill was $177 for gas, but we put in a digital thermostat and we were able to lower our next bill to $144. Our electric bill has consistently been $49. We only have a 1500 sq. foot home, but if you search the NJ nest board there was a question about this a couple of weeks ago. A lot of girls there had bills that were $500 combined.Chat Icon

Oh our water bill has consistently been $21 each month.

That is perfect! I have only seen the total online, they don't have the breakdown there. I am still waiting for the actual bill to see how much each (gas vs. electric) are.
What is the NJ nest board?

Our water bill is also $21 Chat Icon

Can I ask how big your home is? That seems like alot of money unless you have a big house to heat and have electricity for.
