rent will be $1700 when i move to our apt in Sepember (commack)
once i have a house in a few years, id expect my mortgage to be around 3-3.5 k monthly (custom built...orange county, ny)

Rent is 1300, but mortgage will probably easily be 3,000 or more.

Next month, when we move, our rent will be $1254 for a 2 bd, 1.5 bath terraced apt with two pools and a 3000 sq ft gym - gotta love Florida!
