We pay $4100 with taxes and insurance. We are insane.
Yeah we're pretty close to you at $3900/month...it's gross.

$1910 is our monthly mortgage payment including taxes. Our insurance is only $250 per year. We live in a condo.

Our outgoings on a monthly basis, including Mortgage, electricity, gas, insurance, council tax, etc is around £700...thats like $1400 a month for everything!

Ours is either $2200 or $2400.
ETA: This includes our mortgage, taxes and hhome insurance policy cost w/State Farm

We pay around $1650/month for mortgage, taxes and insurance. We bought our house 9 years ago.

We will hopefully be buying in the next few months and I expect our mortgage to be about $2,700 incl. taxes and HO thats putting 20% down.
Right now we rent in my moms house and pay $500 month

we rent in NJ and pay $1300 for a 2 bedroom..
we'll be eventually moving to LI and will try & rent a house.
we'll hopefully buy soon- we have the down payment- we're just trying to figure out where we want to be..

About $4500 for mortgage and maintenance (including RE taxes), but we live in Manhattan and don't have the cars and high home ins premiums.
Wouldn't trade it for anything!!

We pay $3300, including homeowners, flood and taxes. The mortgage itself only is about $2700.

We just sold our house so for right now we're mortgage free (we're living at my ILs while we look for a house). But our mortgage/tax and ins. were $2,150 for a small 2 family home in Auburndale Queens (right next to Bayside).

About $2100, which includes the mortgage, taxes and insurance. We did buy 7 years ago though. And we only have a 15-year mortgage, so 1/2-way there.
