I'm 19.5 weeks, and was up 8 lbs at my appointment yesterday. But my body is completely different than it was. Other women gain more weight and barely look different.
Don't worry about the scale!! It's for a good cause!

I gained 20 pounds without over doing at all!
I am up 27 pounds and I am 29 weeks. What can we do?

4 lbs.
With DD, i didn't gain anything until 26 weeks, and then i gained 34lbs in my last trimester. (the good thing about that, though, was that it was all baby/placenta/water weight, and i was back to my pre-PG weight by 2 weeks PP)! So, if i do gain weght, i'm hoping i follow the same trend this time around.

I really dont remember w/my first, but i know it was a lot because by week 9 i had gained 10 pounds  so by 20 im guessing i was up at least 20

also...if your doc isnt concerned about the weight gain, then i wouldnt worry. youll be fine! i always say its better to gain more then less, for the babys sake. my sis in law had 2 pregnancies, one she gained 90 lbs and the other she gained 70lbs...and this was both with only 1 baby each, not multiples. the docs never told her anything.

I was the same as pre pregnancy when I went yesterday. I do want to point out that I was a bit heavy to start with and during the first trimester I lost 8 pounds because I had horrible morning sickness. I don't think it will last long because my appetite has picked up and I am always hungry these days.
