How old was DC for 1st pro. pics?
DD will be 6 weeks on Tuesday and I'm dying to bring her for pro pics! I'd like to get them done sometime this summer. How old was DC when you first took them for pro pics?

I took all my babies at 1 month old. Kaitee was 11 days old for a 5 generation picture!

I took my DD for her Christmas pics on November 16th and she was born on October 6th ----- so she was a little over a month old. They came out great!

I didnt take my DS until he was 3 months but I am a camera freak so I had taken a ton of pictures myself.

Ava was about 3 weeks old. We went to Jc Penney's and got the pictures in the roses and with her christening gown.

I took DD at 2 months.. and she didnt not cooperate at all. i took aher again at 3 months and she was a lot better. they came out great

Same here! We went at 3, 6, and 9 months and are going at 1 year.

We had the hospital photographer do her birth announcement photos in the hospital when she was a few days old. The photographer offers a free 8x10 of the baby a month later taken at your home. So we had our appointment during the week last week- DD was 5 weeks old... well, we had to reschedule b/c DD was very cranky. Sure enough I fed her after the photographer left and was able to capture some great pics of her. We'll reschedule for sometime in July when she is smiling more.

I haven't taken DS yet. We tried to get some on the cruise we took when he was 8 months old, but it was always too late at night for him.
But I guess we will be going soon because my dad got my mom a family session with a photographer for mother's day.
