When we went to do our final walk through, there were about 5 houses worth of neighbors on our direct neighbors lawn... they then came over to us... we hadn't seen them since(June) and was waiting for our August block party to meet them again, but it got canceled, so we invited everyone to our house for a cocktail party... it was nervewracking, but fun once everyone was there.... everyone is so much older than us, and other than getting into our cars, we haven't seen them since (october) .

We met both of our neighbors a few days after closing. The people on my block are very friendly esp my neighbors right next door. They are awesome, we hit it off so well with them.
