5'2 and had 2 c-sections.
My Dr told me that "vertically challenged" women (yes he actually said that) with bigger babies, have a harder time pushing them out- which is why I chose the c-section.

#1 - emergency c-section: fetal distress - umbilical cord was too short
#2 - scheduled c-section

Hope that I am not invadiing your post, (I haven't given birth yet) but I had a doctor tell me once that she had a theory based on shoe size! I told her that I wear a 5-5.5 and she said that's the size that usually increases the chances of a c-section. I'm hoping she's wrong!!
