How to chip off old paint?
How do you go about chipping off old paint. We are getting our interior walls repainted but there are layers and layers of old paint and we want to chip it away. What is the best way???

Go to Lowes or HD and purchase paint remover. Ask for the best product to us on walls. Since your dealing with walls try to get a non-toxic one, there aren't many.

Actually, it would probably be easier and safer to install new drywall.
