My dd's middle name is Emilie, which is not the common spelling, but a little different (it's the way her grandmother from Germany's name was spelled).
My French Great-Grandmother spelled it this way too!

Thanks everyone. I was hoping it was a straight forward Emily. I'm taking it off of the bargaining table. thanks again. I had enough problems with people misspelling my last name growing up as a kid, don't want that for my child.
Then why not just spell it "Emily"?
