Hyperbole and a Half: Dog.
I might've shared this once before but someone posted one of her other posts on FHF and it made me think of this one. It's a funny blog, complete with pretty impressive paint illustrations about her life. This particular post is about how she has come to the conclusion that her dog is slightly retarded.

DH & I joke about our boy Buddy being dumb...but then he surprises us with intelligence where we least expect it...we call him our little idiot savant Thanks for sharing! made me especially the illustrations!!

Sounds just like my Lucy. Stupid enough to get her head stuck in the neighbor's fence but smart enough to "punish" herself (go in her crate) without me telling her to when she does something bad.
