I am disgusted with myself
I have no motivation to excercise
I feel like I weigh 500 lbs
I have no time for the gym
I eat healthy
I need to lose 15 lbs, and it just seems SO HARD. I am going to start my Billy's boot camp tonight, maybe it will motivate me.

dont be so down on yourself you look fine kristen. now i am someone who should be disgusted with my self i have to lose a lot of weight but i learned to think of going on a diet as a way of life and I need to do workout tapes besides curves i feel like curves is doing nothing for me!

I'm just like you only I do NOT eat healthy. You've got me beat - feel better????
I am also trying to get motivated but it's difficult and I have no energy. Good luck with your tape! And your DH loves you no matter what.

i feel your pain... BUT you still look graet to me, so i wouldnt stress it too much
i need to get my a$$ into gear too. i tried to do A push up last night. A (as in Singular), and i think i dislocated both of my shoulders. ive been in pain All day... AND i didnt even do the complete push up

Well, that went well.
10 minutes into the tape I said F&*& this, and put the coffee table back into position.
I am not being a complainer, I guess I just miss the days where I could eat anything, and not gain a lb. Now I actually have to WORK at looking good, it *****.
Now that the nice weather is here, I am going to start doing some walking, and maybe take some Yoga classes.

I met you last week... I think you look just fine BUT.... since I started Weight Watchers I do a lot of walking with the dog... I try to do 2 miles... sometimes its hard but... I always feel better when I do it. walking helps

LOL - I know how you feel. I have been trying to get back to the gym WEEKS ago and NOTHING.
I went to the doctor today and I am 15 POUNDS heavier than the weight that I like to be at. Might be about that time!

You were 10 minutes more motivated than I am!!
My 20th HS reunion is in 40 days. I was about 100lbs wet in HS and now am nowhere near that!!! I told myself on April 1st I would get my arse in gear ... then I told myself this week I would get my arse in gear ...
Instead, I'm on the computer, watching Soapnet and ate half a sleeve of Girl Scout cookies and 1/2 bottle of chardonnay ...
I also have a branch review with our Senior VP on Thursday and don't think I can fit into my BIG suit ...
So at least you know you are not alone!!!

dude-- I hear ya... I want to lose 10 to 15 pounds myself.. and I am going to Aruba in less than two weeks and I can barely fit into my summer clothes.. I can't even look at myself.
I just can't get it together-- although I have been eating better and trying to exercise this week-- I just need to be hardcore.
