today i am in soo much pain. i have been icing with ice packs, taking motrin, ran the hot water in the bath and am a leaking fool. today it feels like two softballs and someone punched me in the chest. hope this ends soon. i didnt know i would leak and woke up soaked. thank dh didnt get wet. and its near impossible to sleep since im a stomach sleeper. ugh.
