I am so sick of waking up congested!!!
It is sooo annoying. It takes all morning for me to feel ok.

Try sleeping with your upper body propped up on some pillows & try those breathe right strips. Also, make sure the room isn't too cold.
Maybe that will help a little

I used to have that, I thought it was seasonal allergies.
It turned out it was the mold under the carpet and in the wall/crawl space in my apartment. 
I used Allegra for a while and it worked for me.

try a humidifier... it's been pretty dry lately... other than yesterday..
i can't sleep without one now... otherwise i wake up stuffed, and a soar throat
