Now, I can see your sister not wanting him to be there. Maybe she wants it to be just girls. Maybe she just wants it to be immediate family and close friends who she can be nervous in front of. Fine. I can see that.
Then all she has to say is, I prefer it if he didn't come. Simple. Nice. Done.
But to think you are selfish for ASKING if he can come to an event a few months away, that's crazy.
And screw those bingo cards. She can have a shower without bingo if she things you are so selfish. Pfft.

and I have the bach party planned and paid for on my credit card for that night
ETA- and she did say that to me- and I said ok- he will find something else to do
Jake thought it would be rude if he didn't participate in something that day- he doesn't even want to go -
I just asked if it was ok- I didn't demmand he come- I see her point- but I still don't think it's a big deal-

sadly you could do anything and everything for people but the one time you do something opposite of what they want/expect you become "selfish"
theyre the ones being selfish. your brother really had a lot of nerve talking to you that way

You can go, host. But you don't have to go that *extra* mile about the bingo cards.
Now, do you know this is how she feels, or is it just from what your brother said? Honestly, I would try to clear the air and talk to her about it before the shower.
You have EVERY right to ask her for that. She's your sister. He's your husband. If she doesn't want it, fine- and you'll respect that. But I just don't see how she can get so mad at you for asking!

I was told I am stressing her out
this is so stressful for her
I called all the places for the reception and made the appointments
then she booked everyone I used at my wedding
I see the stress building up!
but what my brother doesn't know- is that she said the same thing about him 2 weeks ago- except I didn't call him and tell him that- I worked it out for her
I am sure she was just venting- like she was to me a few weeks ago about him
but my brother took it to far
I wrote her an email saying sorry- and that I hope we can put this behind us
I have more of an issue with my brother then her
I am done with him

 i don't even know what to say. I would not go nuts over the pedicure thing. Go to your usual place. You don't need to go nuts over this.
Sounds like your sister has just had this sort of behavior building up.

my Dad just called me
He is so MAD at my brother
he is calling him- but it honestly doesn't matter- b/c I am done
he put a cloud over this weekend- and it isn't the first time he has done this either

he's not a guy- he is my husband- her brother inlaw
and half the bridal party is family
I didn't just invite him- I asked her if it was ok- she said no, I said no big deal he will find something else to do
and then she called my brother b1tching
it's normal for those 2

Hes not a guy? Husband or not, hes a guy ....
I dont think the fact he's family matters.
Its a girls thing and she probably felt like it was taking away from it being all about her...At least if I put myself in her shoes, thats how I would see it.
But the reactions were regardless uncalled for and seemingly blown out of proportion? Were other things said to make it worse?

it's not a big deal that she doesn't want him there - I see why she didn't- it personally wouldn't bother me or my friends one bit
and he felt like since he didn't play golf- he should do something that day- but he doesn't want to come either
I really don't care about that- my brother has no right to say anything to me about anything
and now that I thought about it- she didn't even come with me to get my nails done the day before the my wedding- she went to her own place
it's a pedicure- it's really not worth all of this- I am just going to my own place- like she did
all I did was ask- she said no- I said ok, and then some how I became the wicked witch of the northeast
but this is how it always is- they are never wrong, I am always the bad guy
there are many more issues here then just this
