I can't find the gate check info on Southwest or JetBlue
Can someone help me- I'm calling to complain about my stroller

If I gatechecked my stroller are thye responsible if it gets damaged. Not scratches or anything, full out damaged

I'm pretty certain they are not. This is what I found on Southwest's website:
Southwest Airlines will not assume liability for damage to strollers, CRSs or car seats. Each should be tagged as conditionally accepted and placed in a plastic bag.
Sorry they messed up your stroller- I'm worried about this for our next trip!
Maybe if you ocntact them they will work with you - though I wouldn't count on it.

One airline, can't remember if it was Spirit or JetBlue, made me sign something saying they weren't responsible.

Yea I don't think they are responsible. One one of our flights our stroller got crushed. We were able to open it back up but every once in a while it still gets stuck and there are scratches everywhere. I talked to a woman at baggage claim and they said they are not responsible.

Eeeeks this is making me so nervous... Should I just buy a cheapo umbrella stroller for my trip in 3 weeks!?!?
I think I will look into this...
ETA... maybe I will bring the snap and go... and the infant car seat...

The airlines have on their website that they aren't responsible. While they technically aren't and will tell you that. I have seen on other boards (people going to WDW) have said with several phone calls and letters to corporate that they have been successful. I'm not sure that you will get a replacement - but they might give you money to get it fixed. You could certainly try to pursue that avenue - worst case is that you don't get anything - which at this time I am assuming they are telling you that you won't get anyway - so it couldn't hurt.

JetBlue just gave me the # to Baggage Claim and said that when I told the Jet Blue attendent that they should have told me to go to Baggage Claim then and there and not to call the 800#.
