I can't sleep at night & I feel like cr@p!
I cannot seem to get comfortable, and I am up peeing sometimes every ten minutes!!! Any ideas??? I just want to cry - how am I going to have any energy for this baby??

i'm the same way..i'm only 19 weeks and I can't sleep at all...i'm up all night long

I am 29 weeks and have had the same issue with this pg since day 1. If I am lucky, I get about 4 hours of sleep a night- and that's not even uninterrupted. I have to pee constantly!!
I had insomnia during my last pg in the end and my Doctor said it was o.k. to take an over the counter sleep aid. I forgot which one. Ask your Doctor.
