I didn't know I was Prego and had cold cuts
I had cold cuts last week didn't know I was pregnant also I have been following shakeology 21 day fix is this ok I don't want to screw this up.

You're fine. I has sushi and cold cuts the first few weeks before I knew. And I'm really conservative with what I eat during pregnancy. The odds of you getting something eating it just once or twice is really small.
Eta: I don't shakeology but now that you know, I'd probably come off of that. It wouldn't do any harm what you've already done but you do want to be sure you are getting the proper nutrient and calorie intakes.

Not a big deal. I eat the occasional cold cut sandwich every once in a while. I did for DD#1 too.

My dr said fresh cold cuts were fine, also if you by very slim chance had gotten sick from them you would probably know it already.

I ate cold cuts the whole nine months- almost daily.
You have more of a chance of getting listeria from ice cream, hummus, fresh fruit, fresh veges, salad etc

She is saying that many foods have the risk of lysteria. Not just cold cuts. The odds are so small. I eat whatever I want. I just make sure it's fresh and from a clean place that I never gotten sick from.

The reasoning behind not eating cold cuts is listeria risk.
But when was the last time you heard of a listeria outbreak from ham or turkey?
The last listeria outbreaks have been from hummus, blue bell ice cream, cantaloupe, bagged salad, etc
Bottom line- you will drive yourself insane if you worry about every little thing.
I ate everything. And I mean EVERYTING. Diet soda, Splenda daily, hot dogs, cod cuts, soft serve, I even drank a glass of wine here and there.
I highlighted my hair eveyr 8 weeks from before I knew I was pregnant until the end.
And before I knew I was pregnant I was BEYOND drunk on more than one occasion.
My DD is five now, and extremely smart, well adjusted and NEVER EVER sick

i ate them several times a week (unheated) during both pregnancies. In the 5 ish years that i have been ttc ive never heard of a listeria case in cold cuts

Ate them with both my pregnancies. My kids are fine lol. Subway was my best friend.
