i dont understand the calendar.
i have been trying to use the yourdays.com calendar. when i type in the day of my last period, it isnt correct. its making it first, does that make sense? also my period lasts longer than its indicating.
is there a different calendar thats easier to use or am i using it wrong?

Re: i dont understand the calendar.
i just learned something about this site that made me sad (as i was using it for a long time with no clue).
If your cycle isn't regular - you cannot use this site and calendar. It is not for irregular...
i'm sorry if that doesn't help...
i'm now using Fertility Friend...it has a trial with it...

Re: i dont understand the calendar.
okay - luteal phase is the time from when you ovulate to the time of your next period.
unless you used an ovulation kit - there's no way for you to really 'know'.

that part i'm not sure about - when to start testing. it's usually after you get af...maybe a week or so later. i'm using FF to try to predict my ovulation, but i'll probably test a week before i have to - just to be sure...

if you have no idea about your cycle lengths, you'd want to start using an OPK around CD 10.
