I had a bad mommy moment today
I put my DD (8months old) on our bed and walked into the bathroom to grab clothes to change into...and then I heard a thump  I looked and my DD was face first on the floor (carpeted thank God)...I picked her up and she was crying  I feel so horrible, I thought that because she couldn't crawl yet she wouldn't be able to move that fast but she did
I feel so bad

It happens DS fell face first on a tile floor from our bed in a hotel room when he was 6 month old. I'll never forget that moment...that and when he tumbled down the stairs in December!

Happened to us. Once when she was really little and DH laid her on the edge of the bed and dropped her bib...when he leaned down to get the bib he leaned on the edge of the bed and she rolled off. She cried for about 30secs and then was fine.

DD almost made the final roll off of the bed, but I caught her as she was rolling off. No more leaving baby unattended on elevated surfaces after that scare!
