Oh I remember the beginning and feeling the way you did!! After initial shock of "OMG, we have a newborn" goes away, you start to feel better! The next few days are going to be gorgeous, bundle him up an get out for a walk. I bet you will feel better!!

He is beautiful! Congratulations! Yeah, definitely try to snap out of it by going outside and enjoy the beautiful weather...especially since you have another older child.

I totally remember that feeling and I"m sure it's even harder with another little person to take care of at the same time.  It WILL get better really soon. I'm sure of it. Hang in there. You're a wonderful mom. Congrats on DS. He is adorable!!!

It will get better. You know that it will. Once all the initiatial commotion is gone then you will settle into a routine that will work for you and the kids. You are not alone and we are all here for you. I have the same fears as I am nearing the end of my pregnancy.

He is so handsome. And yes it does get better, with time. Just make sure you take time out for yourself even if it is just a shower and getting dressed.

Aww he is so cute and congratulations!!
It is hard in the beginning but it does get easier. Don't worry about anything else like housework or cooking and just handle the baby and your DD right now. Once you get into your groove it will be so much better.

It definitely gets better...I know the feeling you are talking about, i think we've all been there in some way
Once a routine sets in, your hormones adjust, it gets so so much better. hang in there, he is beautiful by the way. You are very blessed!!

I remember coming home with my son and thinking what the h@#$ did I do!!! but it gets easier! You know that, but sometimes just hearing it from someone els helps, I will never for get our best man coming into my house with a 12 pack of beer while I was having a break down and he just looked at me and said "you are normal....your baby is normal.....everything will be ok" that lifted the cloud for me and made a world of difference.
Good luck, keep your head up and remember at this stage everything changes about every 2 weeks so hang in there.

Congratulations!! It does get better. I just had #2 last Monday and last week was tough. This week is already so much better. I'm on day 2 of being home alone with both of them and it has been going surprisingly well.
