my BIL (actually ex bil) uses his facebook status to post ridiculous passive aggressive comments about/to my sister (they are very recently divorced) or comments to his new "gilfriend" or maybe love interest?!?!
I love him, but they are ANNOYING. it screams LAME to me.

People are ridiculous... I have a girl in my office who continuously posts about the ABORTION she had (3 wks ago!) and the guy she broke up with which triggered said abortion (side note: he was on parole, no job etc. but for the 1st 11 wks of PG she thought he'd be a dream partner  ). Talk about personal!!!
And the worst part is that she obviously has COWORKERS on her page.
WHAT THE HECK!!!!

I have a young, gorgeous, single friend whose posts are ALWAYS about finding love, losing love, hating love, loving love, being ready for love, not looking for love, letting love find you, blahblahblah. OMG every guy we know that reads her stuff is like RUNNING, not walking, the other way!!!!
I have to hide her now, with Valentine's Day approaching she'll be in rare form 
I have a "friend" on my FB that does this too and to me it seems so desperate. She also has a son and I just want to tell her "maybe you should focus on your son and not on finding a man". It's really pathetic.

I only have one "friend" who does this. I am always a little  about the people who have suddenly found God and are letting everybody know via FB status updates.

A girl I knew in middle school is ALWAYS complaining about her kids (5yo and 7 mos.) in her FB status.
I know people need to "vent", but I feel so bad for her kids. I am sure she is a good mom, but I could never write the stuff she does just b/c my little one is sick/cries alot/doesn't sleep, etc.

I agree!! Its so odd to me that they want everyone to know these personal things.
No offense to anyone but people who post deep and dramatic song lyrics also bug me.

I want to find God on FB too. Can you have her send me God's email? We went to high school together but I haven't seen or heard of since. I bet those status updates are the best.
