I heard back about the IVF grant..

I know at NSUH it costs about $13K, I have to double check to see if that includes meds. We will be applying for the grant but not sure if we will get it now, since Don got a big raise last month.

That price Does NOT include Meds, My breakdown, meds included was about 19K when I signed the grant paperwork.


The cut off income for the Grant is $200,000K a year, but you would be paying about 90% on your own with an income that high and so on as it gets lower.

We had to pay 30% of the total IVF cost , but there were things not covered at all, in the grant that had to be paid out of pocket..the $1200 Hospital fee and The fee for freezing the remaining eggs and something else. It came to like $2800 I think in un covered fees on top of the 30% of the IVF we were responsible for.

YIKES...I did not know that.
