I just called the OB... left arm pain (again) **Updated**

This is the second post about this... thats how bad it is!! The pain in my left arm started again last night at around 8:30 and has lasted until now... 12 straight hours!!!!

I really cant take the pain anymore, I didnt sleep all night because of it. Again, the only way to describe it is soreness from my shoulder to my finger tips.

My OB said she would call me in 10 minutes. Im waiting on her call... I hope she can give me some answers.

**UPDATE**

She just called me back and said that its carpal tunnel. (which I dont know how because im not on the computer typing for hours on end). She said there is really nothing I can do but take tylenol, which I dont want to do all the time. ...Aside from the MS in the beginning of the pregnancy, this is by far the worst thing EVER!!!!

obs, even the best,are idiots with anything outsie vajayjay.

I had arm pain, from shoulder down my wrist, its similar to what you would feel related to heart, but if you have no other symptoms, like shortness of breath, lightheaded, etc, its probably not heart

Its not carpel tunnel, as it rarely extends the whole arm

Its likely gas, and for me, the excrutiating arm pain went away after a bowel movement

Weird, but possible, ask a GI doc not an OB

Looking back on pregnancy my #1 issue was gas, #2 was ms, #3 was hip pain. My ob a phenominal doctor, gave me no resolve to any of these issues. I am very lucky that my husband is a GI doc, or I would have been a complete mess. I still had to hunt down a PT for the hip pain though.

I am sorry you're in pain. I am definitely experiencing some carpal tunnel. What about putting your hand in a brace? That might help the pain.
