I know this has been asked, sex of the baby
If you found out the sex how many weeks were you? I will be 18 weeks on Friday and I have a growth sono for the twins on Thursday night, I am REALLY hoping they will be able to tell what the sex of the babies are, is it likely? I know most say not until their Level II (ours isn't until February 3rd) but I know so many people that found out prior. Is it likely?!?

Yes as long as you have a sono, they should be able to tell you what gender. I found out at about 19 weeks.

At 18 weeks they should be able to tell if the baby is cooperating. I found out at 20 1/2 weeks.

I was exactly 20 weeks when we found out. I've heard they can tell from 16 weeks. Good luck!!

They should be able to tell by then. I found out at 16w that it looks like a girl (at Impact) and went to dr at 17w and they also said girl.
Was supposed to have my level II tomorrow but dr cancelled bc of the snow, so I will find out for sure next Wed.

Most people find out at 20w because most people don't have an ultrasound between the ultrascreen and the anatomy scan! You should def be able to find out if the babies are cooperating!

Ok I am hopeful then that we can find out, I hope they cooperate! We have a birthday dinner for my nephew after and I am hoping to tell my family then!

My Doctors office kept saying 20 weeks. So my 20 week is next week so we go then. They would not budge at all lol

The tech was going to guess at 13 weeks, but we said we're not finding out. Yes, at 18 weeks I'm sure they can def tell

OMG how cool I will be 18 weeks on Friday too with TWINS 
I have an appt Thurs and they said that most likely they will be able to see and tell me but my growth sono is schedules for 1-26.
She said if the babies are cooperating it should be easy to see.. but if they are not she will not push them since she will have to do it 2 weeks later

I found out at 14 weeks but that was bc we are having a boy (it was pretty obvious) . Im sure if it was a girl they would have waited to confirm the gender until 20 weeks, but at 18 weeks I believe all the pieces are there already.

My sono was 3 days before I hit 20 weeks.
I think at 18 weeks they could tell you..

My appointment was originally scheduled for exactly 19 weeks, and they didn't seem to think it would be an issue. But they had to reschedule on me, so now I have to wait till 20 weeks, BAH!

At my 12 week ultrascan, I was told they were nearly certain it was a boy. Confirmed again at 15 weeks (internal) and 20 week anatomy scan.
