Cookies & Cream Magic Cookie Bars. Super duper easy and delicious!

I made one batch per the recipe just using chocolate chips.

The second batch I also added Hershey's cookies & cream candy bar pieces.

Chocloate chip peanut butter pie

2 oreo cookie pie shells
8oz cream cheese
12oz of cool whip
Jar of peanut butter
Confection sugar
1box of instant chocolate pudding
1 box of instant French vanilla pudding
Peanut butter and chocolate chips

The first layer is:
1 cup of cool whip
8 oz cream cheese ... melt the cream cheese alittle in the microwave I undo the wrapping and put it on a small plate for prob like 15 seconds just to make it alittle soft
1/3 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of confection sugar

Mix all this in a bowl, it turns like a tan color and then spread it into the bottom of the pie shell.

The 2nd layer on top of the bottom is:

1 box of the instant french vanilla pudding
1 box of the instant chocolate pudding
2 and 1/2 cups of milk

Mix that in a bowl and it gets thick wait about 5 minutes or so and then you can put it on top of the tan layer on the pie

The top just cover all over with a layer a cool whip and if you want sprinkle some choco chips on top

Coconut Cake (pampered chef recipe)
1 (18.25 ounce) box white cake mix plus ingredients to make cake
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Frosting and filling:
3/4 cup cold milk
1 package white chocolate instant pudding
1/4 cup powdered sugar
8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
1/3 cup cherry jam
1 cup sweetened coconut flakes

Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Cut circle of parchment paper to fit bottom of springform pan. Spray pan with Pam, place parchment paper in pan.

Prepare cake mix according to package directions, adding vanilla extract with water. Pour batter into pan. Bake 60 to 65 minutes or until center tests clean. Cool on rack 10 minutes. Run knife around edge and release from pan. Cool completely.

Place cooling rack over top of cake, invert, remove bottom of pan and parchment, invert cake onto serving plate. Cut cake in half.

Combine milk, pudding mix and powdered sugar. Whisk 1 to 2 minutes or until pudding begins to thicken. Fold in Cool Whip.

To assemble cake: spread jam over bottom half of cake. Spread 1 cup frosting over jam. Top with remaining cake layer. Spread top and sides of cake with frosting. Gently pat coconut over cake. Refrigerate 1 hour.

This is a version of my "go-to dessert. They call it eclaire cake. It is always a hit and couldn't be easier. I don't do the topping in the link. Instead I call it napoleon cake and simply microwave some vanilla frosting and chocolate frosting in separate bowls and swirl together on top. Looks like the top of a napoleon and dries hard like that. It's awesome!

Amaretto Chocolate Brownies with Walnuts

(Recipe by: Tyler Florence)

Prep Time: 15 min
Cook Time: 45 min
Level: Easy
Serves: 12 brownies

Ingredients
2 sticks unsalted butter, plus more for pan
8 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch salt
4 large eggs
2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons amaretto liqueur
1 1/2 cups walnuts
Powdered sugar, for garnish

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Line a 9 by 9 square baking pan with parchment paper, making sure paper hangs over the edges. Grease paper with butter so the brownies don't stick. Melt butter and chocolate over a double-boiler and stir gently until smooth and shiny. Remove from the heat and cool slightly.

Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt into a mixing bowl and set aside. Whisk together eggs, sugar and amaretto in a mixing bowl until combined. Pour in chocolate mixture and continue to whisk until combined. Gradually add flour mixture, then add walnuts and incorporate with a wooden spoon. Transfer batter to baking pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean when inserted into the middle of the pan. When done, invert onto a cutting board, remove paper and cut into squares. Garnish with powdered sugar and serve.
