Re: i need a new washing machine
I got a Fisher & Paykel at the Sears Outlet in West Babylon a few years ago. I love it because it really spins the clothes out which means they need less time to dry. Not only is the washer energy efficient but it makes the dryer energy efficient by default.
The orig price was around $700 (I think) and I paid $350.

I just go the Whirlpool Cabrio Top Loader and also the Cabrio Dryer. I highly recommend them- there are a bunch of different cycles on the washer and the clothes definitely come out alot less wet than my old machine which means less drying time.

We just got the Maytag Bravia which the guy said is the exact same as the Whirlpool Cabrio. It's HUGE and so far I really like it (only have had it a week!). We got this to replace a front-loader that was leaking. The delivery guy told us they have a LOT of problems with front loaders leaking which is why we decided to go with the HE top loader.

This is the same brand we bought a little over a year ago when both died on us. We love them!
