I need paint help! I'm desperate.
Our entire first floor is an open concept and we are having a hard time picking a paint color that is warm, matches the kitchen and ties everything together. Our last house was beige. EVERY. SINGLE. WALL. was beige, so we were hoping to do a gray/slate blue color this time in order to get away from the beige and add some color, but still be neutral. Since our cabinets are off-white and our granite has gray in it, I'm looking for a warm gray color with beige undertones. I've been through 6 paint samples and none of them perfect... please, please help me...

Love those walls!
BM Revere Pewter IMO has beige undertones or BM Broxburn Greige, there's also asford greige if you prefer darker.
BM ellsworth khaki and whyth khaki are great warm colors too.

Re: I need paint help! I'm desperate.
I had such a hard time with the same thing! I found that most grays I were looking for were too 'cool' for my liking!
I have whitewashed oak cabinets and a pinkish/peach/black granite countertop. I wanted gray but it didn't 'fit.'
We wound up with a warm sage green (if you can imagine it - it had more yellow and red in it than other greens). Warmed it up a lot.
Not helpful, I know. I CAN tell you that Stonington Gray and Coventry Gray (BM) will NOT work. They are very 'cool.'

I think you might be better off with a taupe with grey undertones that will compliment the cabinets but not look beige. BM Hot spring stones comes to mind

Re: I need paint help! I'm desperate.
My mom just got a sample of revere pewter (my parents are painting their house and I'm doing mine, and we have the same taste!) - and it's showing up as a silvery turquoise - not at all warm by any means. I saw smoky taupe in a friends house and will be sampling that - it's grayish on some walls and beige on others.
Eta: so weird, the samples look different in our house! Loving the color!

i like BM Pinecrest gray or a little lighter is BM Gray huskie. Good luck with your search, we had the hardest time picking a gray.
