I want to freeze breastmilk, but I have a question...
Can I just stick a regular bottle in the freezer, like with the nipple and cap on? If not, what do you do?

I dont think you want to put nipple in there, it may cause damage to it.
Target, BRU, BBB all sell bags made for BM freezing.

Gerber & Lansolin sell special sanitized breastmilk bags. Not sure if its such a great idea to put the actual bottle in the freezer.

I wouldn't put the bottle in the freezer. I would use the special freezer bags that Lansinoh or Medela make, made especially for the freezer.
