ideas for Turkey ground beef...
..we buy it now instead of beef ground....I love it...you would NEVER know the difference
and we picked up the four pack jumbo at costco this weekend...like we do every time we go there...but before I freeze them...I would like to use a few fresh and different than what we normally do
I am looking for something else then what I usually make with it!
We have made:
-chili
-meat sauce
-sloppy joes
-meat loaf
-tacos
-hamburgers
ANy other suggestions!?!?!

-swedish meatballs
-regular meatballs
-mixed in with corn, green peppers and beans and spices like cilantro, red pepper flakes and cumin
-cooked in a mushroom gravy
-straganoff (sp?)
-cooked with celery and onions and spices like thyme, rosemary and served over mashed potatoes. mmmm!

I usually make meatloaf or turkey burgers. Throw some spices, garlic, and cheese and it's ready to go!
