Need ideas for what to make with chopped/ground turkey meat
I always do turkey burgers, meatloaf and meatballs. What else can I do that's easy and something kids will like.

Have you ever made turkey tacos?
They are delicious and I think they taste better than beef. They are also a lot less oily.....which usually grosses me out in regular tacos.

Lettuce Wraps.
i mix ground turkey, smashed up peanuts, onions, red cabbage and cook until meat is cooked through. Add spices or a jarred sauce (I like trader joe's general Tsao's).
Then wrap in butter or iceberg lettuce. Healthy and Yummy!!!

I completely agree.
I also make stuffed peppers with turkey. I add beef boullion paste and worcestershire sauce to 'beef' it up. and it's fantastic.. my husband's favorite dish!

tacos, sloppy joes, stuffed peppers, macaroni and beef, lasagna, pizza crumbled with turkey meat, shepards pie (i can do this in less then 20 min).

Pretty much anything that calls for ground beef you can substitute for turkey
My house favorites are:
shepards pie
tacos
enchiladas
salisbury steak
chili
stuffed peppers
spaghetti with meat sauce
