Does that mean refridgerate?

No, I would think it means store in an area that isn't really hot and humid...like your medicine cabinet in your hot steamy bathroom Chat Icon

Medicine should actually never be stored in the "Medicine Cabinet".

ETA: "cool" means room temp, "cold" means refrigerated. If it needs refrigeration, it usually specifically states that it does.

Exactly, I wouldn't refridgerate it but keep in a closet or someplace like that. I've been trying to get my parents to understand this concept for years- they still keep all their medicine in the bathroom.
