It is safe to share as long as the donor mother isn't HIV positive, most other diseases which are transmitted through blood are not transmitted through BM. Other things to take into consideration are medications, alcohol/drug use, but these are things that BF mothers avoid anyway.

Yes you can share! They would need updated bloodwork to protect against HIV & hepatitis mainly.
