If Coworker Gives You Cold Shoulder, WWYD...
When I first started working here 6 months ago, I would occasionally go to lunch with a 2 coworkers, one of whom is responsible for hiring me and is also my peer.
Well a few months ago, I asked the 'peer' to join me for lunch but he said 'no' and didn't bother to give a reason.
I don't recall doing anything to upset him but he’s been giving me a cold shoulder for months now. It bothers me because he sits close by so it’s getting somewhat awkward.
WWYD? Would you try to ask what’s bugging him or just ignore him completely (like he is ignoring me) going forward?

I would ignore it. You never know what goes through peoples heads I wouldn't want to make it more awkward.

Thanks, that's my first instinct so unless there's any good reason to speak to him again I guess I'll just ignore him.
