Glad you’re somewhat better.
Even better news hubby is fever free.
From looking at your timeline if you were exposed at dentist; it took 8 fkn days to manifest???? Meanwhile they’re saying usually day 5-6 symptoms will appear. This one took a while. That’s just so crazy to me. And you’re on your what... 12th day of non-stop symptoms. Scary to say the very least!
Do you know if anyone at the Dentist office ended up having or getting it?

I never got a call from or about the dentist. So who the heck knows anymore.
I look forward to having this behind me already.

I don’t usually get sick in general. Maybe 1-2x a year. Usually sinus infection. But when I do get sick, I feel very sick because I have fibromyalgia. So it’s never just a cold. It’s a cold followed by 3 weeks painful joints and skin. I don’t know if people with fibro get it worse, but I have read through this whole thing that people with Type A blood seem to get the sickest. Lucky me

Ahh ok. It is good to get an idea of how this virus is working by seeing how it affects each person. Hope you feel better soon.

That's why they ask you to quarantine for 14 days, because while symptoms typically show 5-6 days after exposure, they can show up 14 days later. I know people on both ends of spectrum with this. Super quick, from what they can piece together and 10-11 days later.

Sounds like pneumonia to me and when I had googled Covid a while ago it was originally called Covid pneumonia so I am thinking they know it can turn into that. I have had pneumonia twice as an adult and the first time I was told to lay in bed for a week, then they realized how bad that is and told me to get up and move around that next time.
It truly sucks to be sick. Fuel up your body with food and stay hydrated :)

COVID does cause pneumonia. Typically it’s worse after 8 to 9 days
Probably why you still feel not good .
If you are hypoxic or feel breathless hope u reach out to your pcp
You should lie on your stomach and take deep breaths as much as you can frequently if you are coughing .

I lay on my stomach when I can. I’ve never been a belly sleeper. It hurts my back. So I have a million pillows on the bed trying to find a side/stomach position that will help every night.
Then I wake up on my back and move myself back into the side/stomach position. I’ve taken Xanax to sleep every night because without it I just lay here. I’m so restless from being trapped in this house for so long that going to sleep is impossible without the help of drugs. Thankfully, a 1/2 will do.

I am so sorry that you are so sick. I truly hope you turn the corner soon, But I want to thank you for posting these updates, a lot of people on this board do not take this seriously, I hope reading a daily diary of someone they "know" might wake them up. Feel better soon!
