I know some of them, but this is a terrible security question, IMO. If someone steals your statement, the limit is on there - they could easily answer the question - thus defeating the purpose of asking.....

I know all of my CC limits, but wouldn't be able to remember which one I used last.
Sounds like a security question they would ask on annualcreditreport.com. They always seem to ask awkward security questions to make sure you are who you say you are. They asked me once about the monthly car payment on one of my car loans. The car loan is for my sisters car that I didn't know the monthly amount for because she gets and pays the bills.

it wouldn't work for me- the only card I USE is Amex and it has no pre-set limit
I have plenty of other cards and I can ball park the limit on all of them- but I don't use them anymore

I don't know because I never look and am too conservative in our spending right now.
I have soo many medical bills that using my charge card for other things really isn't too high on my list

i only have one credit card, amex. then again, i guess i have zero credit cards since the amex is considered a charge card. so, in my case, i guess the answer would be a $0 spending limit.
