All other facts aside, why couldn't he pee by the side of the road or in a cup? That would be the ideal option IMO. It's a guy, it's so easy. Unless it wasn't peeing, then I don't know what to say. But I would be very upset if I heard this.

In this scenario I'd be pizzed.
But as other posters have said, I've been alone with both kids sleeping in the car and had no choice but to take them in one at a time. Not ideal, but sometimes there's no way around leaving them locked in the car in the driveway.

So your X-boyfriend has legal visitation with your daughter? If that is the case and you must legally give him visitation then I would speak with him and tell him that you will not allow your child to have her safety put at risk. Perhaps he does know that people can easily steal her out of the car or in some cases have tried to steal cars not realizing that a child was even in it. I would NOT allow him visitation for a while without me feeling assured that her safety would come first to him.
