I seriously don't know how you guys got through this winter and now for your spring to be awful too...

I would go to Michaels and get a fun, messy craft to do. Cover your kitchen floor with newspaper and let them go at it. I did this last summer when the wildfires kept us inside for two weeks straight.

Other ideas:
decorate some Easter eggs
build forts with sheets and pillows
play flashlight tag
bake cookies and decorate


Hang in there- I swear I could never be at SAHM since I would go insane.

Today was the first day we have been home since vacation began. I have to address invitations today so I printed out finger puppets for DD1 to color so she can put on a show for me later....amazing how much time that ate up.

A little of my own homework ate up some more time...

And....dont hate me....but my 5 and a half year old still takes a 2 hour nap if I ask....

I took the girls two times to the playground yesterday and had a gtg late morning today. It was kind of misting yesterday but they were driving me crazy so I bundled them up for like 30 mins - I thought we would be the only crazy people there but it was actually crowded with tons of families trying to get out of the house. Kids in raincoats and boots...

I was thinking of taking them back this afternoon if it isn't raining just to get out for a bit.

I hate that any play places will be mad houses then it is harder to watch the 2 girls who are all over the place.

I feel your pain.
