If you are hosting Christmas, what is on your menu?
Right now all I have so far is meat ravioli and osso bucco.

Re: If you are hosting Christmas, what is on your menu?
It is only DH,DS, my parents and my inlaws (who are vegetarian and not big eaters) so I am going easy. We are having a 2nd Christmas dinner the next day at my parents with my brother & his gf (ham, and all the trimmings) so....
Antipasto platter consisting of: olives, marinated artichoke hearts, grilled vegetables (eggplant, asparagus, zucchini, yellow squash), ricotta salata, fresh mozzerella, roasted red peppers, maybe genoa salami slices
Pot of sauce, meatballs & braciole or sausage
baked stuffed shells
fresh italian bread
Assorted desserts, coffee
