If you could give one piece of advice to the youth.......
What would it be?
My cousin graduated from HS and she had an "Advice from the wise" box.
My advice was to pay with cash!!!
I've learned the hard way regarding debt!!!

that would be mine too, save as much as you can and stay away from credit cards.
I wish I would have gotten that when I was younger.

Don't expect handouts. If they do come, be grateful for what you get.
Use credit cards, but don't ring up debt! Build your credit rating in a good way so you can get a good interest rate on a house.
Don't buy things to impress others. Buy things you enjoy.
(Hmmm... that's three pieces of advice.... OK, number 4... stay in school and learn how to count.... )
