If you did an FHA with Continental Home

I know each case is different, but I am curious, if you did an FHA loan with Continental, how long after submitting the application for the loan, did you get the clear to close? Did they ask for a lot of paperwork that you had to go back and forth with?

I have had several buyer clients get FHA loans through Continental, and I have always found them to be quick, efficient, and easy to deal with (from an agency's perspective obviously, but the buyers were happy, too).

I remember them asking for alot of paperwork up front so that there would be no hold up. From offer to close was less than 60 days.

We used them for our house. I do not remember the exact turnaround time, but they were great. Very efficient and honest.

We worked with Continental Home. I remember we put our offer in on 5/13/11 and we closed on 8/5/11. It probably would've been sooner but it was the summer and offices were closed for Memorial Day and 4th of July.

Be careful! i heard they went bankrupt or something. Owner went wacko... read up first.
An family friend that is a realtor used to use them all the time until all of the people she used ran out of dodge.
