If you ever got oil COD please come in!

Hi there! I need to get oil soon and plan to do it COD. I've never done it this way before (had a contract but let it expire...will be shoping around when the time is right!).

Anyway, how do you know if a company is good? Are there different grades of oil or is it all the same? Any companies you recommend or think I should stay away from? I went to the comparison website but I never heard of ANY of the companies. Are there any hidden charges I should know about? Do you still have to pay tax if you pay cash? (I saw there was a difference in price if it was cash or credit)

I have been using the same COD company for about 5 years. JC Discount. They advertise that they beat the lowest price by two cents. So I call every company in the pennysaver when I'm ready to order and when I get the lowest price possible, I call JC and they beat it. I pay with a check now, I do pay tax but I'm rarely home when they deliver and I don't like leaving that much cash outside. I have never had a problem with them, I always check my gauge after they deliver and I know its correct. I see JC deliver in my area all the time so I know other people are happy with them too.
