If you had a private christening...Donation to church and gift for priest?
We are having a private christening, we are bringing our own priest. If you had a private christening how much did you give church and how much for priest???

we had a private christening, but the msgr. of the church did the baptism. we only gave money to the church since to us, they're one and the same. we gave $500.

we gave the church 100. we also brought in a priest and offered him 100 but he didnt accept it.

We gave $150 to the hosting Church and then $150 to the visiting priest's Church
