Just my parents and DH's. We had actually told some people the name we choose waaaaay back before we knew the sex as one of our "choices" and they had really annoying reactions, so we are waiting to tell people in real life (I have mentioned the name on here a few times though!)

we're not telling because i want some aspect of her birth to be a surprise. I knew there was no way i'd be able to keep the sex a secret, so this is the next closest thing.

I mean, i also wouldn't want to hear people's opinions, but i think most people that know me know that i dont care about those opinions

We are team so we have both girl and boy names picked. I've been pretty vague with people who have asked. I really don't want to hear what anyone has to say.

DH and I decided we are going to find out the sex but we would not tell anyone the names just to keep some kind of "surprise" to it.

We decided not to tell anyone, but we did tell on of the sonogram techs, b/c we're probably never going to see her again!

Also I told my sister b/c I wanted some feedback, but she's not telling my parents or anyone else.

With ds we went to labor and delivery with 3 boys names and 3 girls names. We narrowed it down hours before he was born. My ds didn't even have a last name until after he was born since that was a fight
We are doing the same thing with #2 but are using the leftover names from ds. Luckily this time the last name is decided.

We thought we were 100% sure on the name, so we started telling people. Well, now we've changed it! Oops! Unfortunately, some people ran with the first name and put it on cards and gifts at the baby shower this past weekend, which I feel kinda bad about. So we learned our lesson for the rest of the pregnancy and possible future babies. We're never telling anyone again because we seem to be kinda fickle!

Yes- and the only people who have made comments are my parents.

I don't really care what people say. I love the names and that's all that matters.

with our 1st we did NOT tell anyone until DS was born...

with this one.. if you knew my mothers name that you would know what my DDs name is going to be...

my DH doesnt like to put names on people who arent here yet...

i dont refer to her with her name,, i still call her baby girl...

We were originally going to name the baby after Dh and have a junior but we changed our minds. That wasn't a secret. Now that we have a new name we're keeping that to ourselves until our little arrives!

People just say the stupidest things and make up the silliest nicknames, I don't want anything to change our minds.

We have not told anyone the name (except on here!). I wanted there to be some surprise associated with her birth since everyone already knows its a girl.

Yeah, we're telling people the name we are considering.

We're not shouting it from the rooftops, and we don't refer to the baby by this name.

But we've told our family and our close friends the name we like for our son. Their opinions wont change mine though.

We are telling people the name. Her name is Julia Grace. When we were thinking about names, we didn't tell anyone what we were thinking about. Since everyone knows we are set on the name, no one has said anything negative.

We dont plan on telling anyone. I dont want to hear others opinions. Everyone knows we are having a girl I feel we can just announce her by name after she arrives.

We've been telling people...so far I haven't gotten any negative comments on the choice so I don't feel like it was a bad idea to divulge. But, I could definitely see why some people would want to keep it quiet!

We've been sharing names-I'm not overly concerned about other people's opinions.

When I was pregnant with DD, my brother said, "why are you choosing such an old fashioned name?". My DD's name is Claire. His DD's name is Victoria-very pretty, but equally "old fashioned". People's opinions are all over the place and they don't bother me.

We don't know the sex but we have a name for the girl. The boy's name we had one, but then I'm not sure- we keep flip flopping.
We are not telling anyone what we have or are thinking of. Though DH did tell his sister the first letter for the girls name - and she thinks she knows. I'm 100% certain she isn't even close.
