If you have kids, and work, when do you

go to the gym? I go back to work in a week & 1/2. Before DS I used to go to the gym right after work between 3-4, then come home, cook dinner etc.
Now I am wondering if it is easier for those who come home and do everything first, put the kids to bed and then go to the gym. I am just afraid that by 8-9pm i might be to exhausted to workout!

I don't go to the gym anymore. Ijust didnt' have the time to do my 90 minute workout. Instead, I run either in the morning before DD wakes up or from work to her daycare. When I run in the morning, I also do a 10 minute pilates video and I try to do resistance strength training (Push ups, weights, bear crawls).

I go to gym from work. I work out for 1 hour 3-4x a week. I try to squeeze in a jog on weekends.
I have a very supportive boyfriend. My gym also has day care if I need it. I tried working out at home and it just does not happen. I used to go to gym @ night before my 2nd child. I'm too tired/distracted to go at night.

I joined the gym in my building at work so I go during lunch.

It's the only time I have.

I don't go to the gym anymore, but I will do one of the folowing:

run in the morning

run immediately after work, but before I pick the kids up

run after kids come home, but DH is around to watch them (so much easier in the summer months)
