can anyone gve me suggestion for kids schedules wheni go back to work

I go back in 4 weeks. DD goes to bd at 8 and eats dinner around 5ish and has a bath shortly after. she will be 2 in september. My ds who will be almost 5 months by September is all over the place. He goes in anywhere from 6-730 and he wakes about 6am but he sepnds the time form 2-6 am on my chest( trying to break him of this by september). A lot of night dh isnt home. Its very hard to put ds down in his room by rocking him etc bc dd wants to come in talk and play with him. A lot of times he falls asleep in my arms while on the couch and i carry him in. Can you give me suggestions. if it helps i get home about 4pm. I would liek to get hijma regular time to eat bathe and go to bed. Also any ideas what to do to occupy her while i am gettig him ready? TIA
