Barney & Sesame. She watches 1-1.5 at most all day. I'm not a tv fan person so it's rarely on during the day.

Re: If you let your 1-2 year old watch TV...
DS is 21 months he is OBSESSED with Sesame Street. He gets 20-30 mins when he wakes up. 1 hour after his ABA therapy to relax and 20-30 mins before bed.
I will admit though that since I'm preggers with #2 so if I'm not feeling well, I do put it on more for him so I can rest since this pregnancy has been one complication after another another. I call those day "Elmo the babysitter" days.
He really doesnt watch the whole time either as much as he likes it on in the background.

My 15 month old loves Fresh Beat Band. Will literally run to the TV if she hears the music come on.
Other than that, she doesn't really watch, even with the TV on for my older daughter. She does actually stare in wonder at Dino Dan too.

Re: If you let your 1-2 year old watch TV...
Mine watch Sprout in the morning, while I get their breakfast ready, clothes out, etc. Theyveatch Play With Me Sesame and The Wiggles...though, they are mostly playing, and just stop to watch when a song they like comes on. This is prob a half hour...
We also have a Directv channel (Baby First TV) that has all educational programs for babies. I put that on when I am getting lunch ready, and just before bed...prob an other half hour to 45min throughout the day. I try to sit with them for some of the shows, and talk to them about what is on, count with them, sing, etc.

DD is almost 18 months and I put Noggin on for her once in a while, but she barely pays attention to it.
She does love the Toddler Tunes on channel 878. There really isn't much to "watch" so she just dances along while she plays.

DD is 18months- she loves Gabba- that's probably the only thing she'll watch an entire episode of.
She also likes:
Sesame Street Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Blues Clues Bubble Guppies
