if you need a second convertible car seat for just in case
situations to give the babysitter what would you buy? We have a Britax for everyday but there's no way I can spend another $200 for an extra seat. TIA!

Graco Comfortsport, I paid about $50 with a BBB coupon. It got great reviews and it's reasonable. Also, the Evenflo Triumph.

We have the Evenflo triumph - 3 f them actually...one for my car, one for DH's and one for my Dad - - love that seat and its reasonable - I think about $120 - - and right now BRU has coupons out for $30 or $40 off any car seat. (ask customer service for a flyer when you are there if you didnt get one in the mail.)
