yes, my son was a frank and partial footling breech baby. I made it all the way to 10 cm fully dilated and effaced, but because of his positioning, the OBGYN had to reach in, and push him back up and then out of the c/s incision. Fun times.

if your water broke on your own..
I delivered dd about 10 hours after my water broke- she likely would have been born within 2-3 hours but she turn face up and it made it a much harder delivery. When my water broke I felt a pop and then there was a huge gush.

My water broke at 445am in bed and I had an emergency c-section at 7 am - her entire left leg was coming out of my vagina- true story

My water broke around 12:30AM, while I was in bed tossing & turning. I didn't have a gush, I thought it was just icky discharge so when I went to the bathroom it kept trickling out.
I had no contractions when I got to the hospital, they inserted cytotec and DD was born at 11:26AM.
