I'd be more inclined to go with the second opinion. Dana Farber has the reputation it has for a reason. I am so glad you found a doctor who really is on the cutting edge of research into your condition... it really does make all of the difference in the world.
Yes, it stinks they are in Boston but "convenience"? Who cares at this point? I'm sure you'd go to the moon and back if necessary.

Deb I am glad you got to see different doctors. SOmetimes it just gets so confusing, but at least you know that you have options.
I continue to keep you and your family in my thoughts and my prayers.
And I BET they were amazed at your spunk!! I know I am!!
