Im kinda freaking out!The OB just called...
I called the doctor. They said if this massive hemmorhoid didn't clear up by today to call and it is still extrememly painful! It's been a week and she said it would clear up within a couple days---guess not! The pain killers are the only thing keeping me walking. The cortizone cream isn't working, the Prep H wipes aren't working. Just going to the bathroom makes me feel like im giving birth naturally! The hemmorhoid got even bigger over the weekend and the OB already said Thursday it was one of the worst he has seen.
They gave me more painkillers and said they will re-evaulate it at friday's appointment and start discussing a C-SECTION since i wouldn't be able to push!!!
I was really hoping for a vaginal delivery and avoiding a c-section. Im freaking out now, im so afraid of a c-section.

i know someone who had surgery to remove one while pregnant. She was probably about 7-8 months when she had it removed. did the doc raise that option with you?

I can see how you would be freaked out but think about getting the baby out the safest way possible without complications Last thing you want to do it labor through & find out you can't push, then need an emergency Csection

ouch, ouch, ouch!!!!  so sorry you are going through this. have you tried the Prep H cream (not just the wipes) ? that helped me a bit, although it sounds like you have a bad case.

I am so sorry you're in so much pain, it sounds terrible! I am sorry that your birth plan might have to be changed but it is good to know your little baby will be safe.

I am so sorry you are in pain! I really wanted a natural birth with DS and I ended up having a C-Section also...and was SO HAPPY I DID! I recovered very well, it was quick and easy and I am looking forward to C Section #2 this time.
I know that probably won't make you feel better, but I just wanted to let you know that not everyone has terrible recoveries and horror stories!!
